i heard you need to change a bunch of things to install a si 99-00 bumper on an 96 civic ? i just replaced the oem headlights with angel eyes ? do i need to change them again with fenders or will the bumber just fit ?

I beleive you need the full front end, fenders, headlights, hood, bumper
