Hi, I have a 1995 dodge caravan and there is a humming vibration sound when I turn to the left and sometimes when the wheel is straight. I put on a new right wheel bearing but it did not stop it. Could this be the CV halfshaft?

Usually a bad outer CV joint will click in turns. A bad inner joint will clunk/jerk during accelerations/decelerations. Find an empty parking lot and roll down the windows. Make some sharp left turns. If you hear a click the outer right joint is bad. In your case if the hum increases you might consider a CV joint.
