98 Neon Coupe...Enhancements....

Well I indeed have a 98 Plymouth Neon... and i dont want to put any money into it more than its worth... i just would like to know if any of you know what i could add that would be beneficial and cool... like my headlights.. i can get these cool cheap halo lights that are really neat and make the light brighter and look more fantastic.... but it does not have to be just looks or just economical enhancements.. i just generally want to know an all around list for good investment on this car...THANKS.:biggrin:

What's your budget? What do you want to do with the car? Performance or looks?

I WOULD PREFER PERFORMANCE FIRST, but LOOKS ALSO, about 500 dollars, something cheap but effective.

Well you can make your own 3.0L CAI for about $50, get a throttle body off a auto neon (52m as opposed to 49mm), maybe a short header and so on.
