We just bought a 96 T&C. The wipers aren't working and one headlight is out. replaced the bulb but its still not working. apparently the car was hit on the left side. The fuse box and battery are both loose. There is a plug not plugged into anything near the left headlight. The parking light is working, but the high beams on both sides don't work. Anyone have any idea?
