2002 Lancer ES

Hello all, My name is Matt I own a 2002 Lancer ES and im a newbie at it. Ive been to several different site's trying to find out if you can put a Turbo on a stock Lancer ES engine, and to say the least i have not been impressed. I have had several different answers and no explination to why so who am i to believe? Is there anyone out there who can help me???
