93 Regal: 1. Cruise control 2. Power door locks

1993 Buick Regal 3800 4 door, automatic with centre console.
Problem 1: Cruise control does not stay on. The dash light comes on for only a few seconds but the cruise control does not work. Any ideas for me?
Problem 2: The doors lock when the car is put into gear, but do not unlock when I put the gearshift into park. Any ideas for me?
