Are you referring to the VSS (vehicle speed sensor)? It is on top of the tranny. It will help to take out the bat and tray to get to it. It is held in place by a single bolt and has an electrical connection to it. Pry it out of the tranny.

Up to 4 key fobs can be programmed for the RAP module. Turn the ignition switch from off to on 5 times within 10 seconds ending in on. If the RAP has successfully entered the program mode it will lock, then unlock all doors. Press any button on the key fob. The doors will then lock and unlock again to confirm the key fob has been successfully programmed. To program additional key fobs press any button on the key fob. The doors will lock then unlock to confirm the fob has been programmed. Note: The door locks will lock then unlock one last time to indicate the new fobs have been programmed and the program mode is now exited.
