Multi-function switch

I started getting the clicking noise again the other day (after the turn signal cancels it still clicks). The one I thought I fixed a couple of years ago by replacing the multi-function switch (not cheap). Researched it on the net and found the inexpensive fix. Note: This is not related to the hazard flasher recall years ago.
1. Pulled the m.f. switch
2. Brought it in the house, pulled the screws in the back plate.
3. Cleaned the dirty grease of the contacts with Q-tip.
4. Bought some dielectric grease from the auto part store, and applied fresh
grease to contacts.
5. Re-installed the multi-function switch.
Works great, fixed the problem.

Yeah JC along with all the ones that forget to properly push in on the spring loaded horn contact located at the front of the MFS and ruin the clock spring. :uhoh:.......:lol:

Yeah that clock spring is a pita and usualy does screw up if not done properly.
its all about the details. lol
