What is a more efficient way of bonding a door skin by adhesives, welding, or doing both? And also what is the best adhesives to use?

yes cleis. I would think the best way is to use adhesive that way u dont ever have to worry about warping the panel with welding. And as for the best adhesive to use would be the one that involves the most parts, that way its harder to come apart.

This depends on the door. Most doors I will you adhesives aroung the door skin and weld aroung the window frame.

My experiance is that 8115 works good for bonding panels.

ckrogman is right,,8115 is the best i think also ,,using adhesive is good because its movable for a short period of time ,,what i do is when i skin a door ill use 8115 and peen my skin on,, but before welding anything else ill hang the door and check for fit,,that way you can still move the skin slightly if you have to tight a gap anywhere ,,get it? once you find you like the fit clamp in place,,remove door,, and finish it up..
