Hi, I have a 2003 Z4 which I bought recently and I plan on doing my own oil change. Can someone recommend the type of oil to use, how much oil to use and which oil filter to buy? Is there a 'How to' or photos showing location of the oil filter/drain plug?

Any information regarding doing an oil change for the Z4 is very much appreciated. Thanks.
