Gentlemen: I would like to know how easy is it to change the passenger side strut mount on a 1992 honda accord.

not extremely difficult if you know your way around, take the spindle loose so you can get the strut out ant then replace the mount, couple ball joints and the half shaft, one nut on the top of the strut then the mount, you can probably find a chiltons at your local library

Not hard at all. I recently removed everything on both sides to replace both axles, struts, lower ball joints, upper "A" Arms and tie rod ends. Took around 4-5 hours.

If your going to re-use the tie rod and upper ball joint make sure you get the correct ball joint and tie rod separator(not a fork) so you dont mess up the rubber boots and you can still re-use them. Your auto parts store should have them to rent(sometime for free with a deposit).
