98 gsr b18c1 obd1 ecu skunk2 chip Q's???

Ok here is my problem. I have a 98gsr i/h/e running a p72 obd1 ecu with a skunk2 chip. Well I put it on the dyno and im running lean between 1-5k rpm. What can I do to run more fuel at the bottom end. I know I can get a VtecAFC and change the air/fuel mixture, but I don't have the $350 right now. Can I get a fuel press. reg. and bump up the fuel press??? Anybody else had this problem. Any answers will be appreciated. Thanks stefan525

yes you can. you're probaby running a little lean because the program is made to work with a skunk2 im...i bet your pretty rich up top.
