2004 Denali second row

I have a 2004 GMC Denali with captains chairs for the second row. Is it possible to to replace them with a 60-40 bench seat without any welding? has anyone ever done this. The vehicle only has 22K on it and I own it so I do not want to purchase another one and have a payment.
