I have a 93 Caprice LS and would like to change the rear springs to Variable rate springs . Does any one know if I could use Station wagon springs instead of sedan . I tow a car trailer and need a lot of capacity , this is why I ask . If anyone has made this change does it give the car a Rake in the front or is it still level?.....Thanks Rick

They will physically fit. I'd suspect they might give the car a rake, especially if the front springs have wear on them - nothing too bad and they will help with your towing.

wagon springs in the rear (installed new factory speck springs in the front at the same time) in my 86 were a great help, should have changed them just after i bought the car new in 86. in the 91 we went with a new moog springs all around (back were too soft) so we installed the new moog wagon springs. both cars have a 1 to 2 inch lift over the old springs. both cars it was a welcome up date. light to moderate trailer use and heavy loads with a good ride hight. both cars also have monroe SENSA-TRAC shocks all around.
