Pioneer Premier Stereo

I finally got around to installing my subs into my 2007 4Dr Civic EX. Installed is a Pioneer Premier Deck, Pioneer Premier Amp, two Pioneer Premier 12's, and an MTX crossover. I have installed this system into my last few civic's with no issues. When I put the system into the 07 today I noticed that I am getting horrible interference for some reason. It is especially bad when I turn the deck on and off, because I get a really bad "burp" from the subs. I only have heard of two things which have ever caused this. 1 is a bad ground which I know is good and have checked a thousand times, and the other is running all of the wiring down one side of the car. I have the four gauge running down the driver side, and the RCA's and remote wire down the passenger side so this should not be an issue. The interference is the worst I have ever heard out of a system and is unbearable. It is so bad that I pulled the fuse back out of the fuse holder and am not subbin at all right now. Any suggestions???
