View Full Version : Some help with an Eaton M62 Some help with an Eaton M62 Sarra 03-20-2008, 07:37 PM How does the bypass work? I intend to mount the TB from my car on the intake of the intake on the M62 to make it easier to use. What parts will need fabbing, other than a mount on my motor and an idler pulley, and the adapter to use a slightly smaller TB on the larger apature of the supercharger? Sarra 03-23-2008, 10:11 PM Anyone? This is basic stuff... I just need to know what goes where to get this working on my car... 72chevelleOhio 03-29-2008, 08:35 PM What car? cam? head(s)? etc Sarra 03-30-2008, 01:23 AM What car? cam? head(s)? etc Going into a 1998 USDM Subaru legacy GT with a an STi shortblock, and built heads. Sarra 03-30-2008, 02:17 PM Why not just import a complete turbo motor from Japan and bolt it in? Because I want to build the block, for one. Forged pistons and rods, and possibly a stroker crank. Plus, it'll be easier to figure out engine management if I can keep my stock heads and intake (way less wiring). Plus, I've already got the supercharger, and want to use it. I'd rather use this for autox, and the better responce of the supercharger is what I'm looking for. Related Links Participate in thousands of discussions at AutomotiveForums.com!
