about to put seafoam into my 95 accord

and i just want to be sure i know what the pcv is...so is the spot in the pic right? and about how much gas should i have in the tank for 1/3 bottle of the seafoam?

Yes, that's the pcv vacuum line, it'll work. It may not want to idle with it unplugged, you might have to keep it running with throttle.

Doesn't really matter how much gas, you can't hurt it with seafoam. At least 5 gallons, say, and less than ten (much more it be so dilute, it will have no effect)

Make sure you tightened the gas cap.

Might also be from having an open vacuum source while feeding into the PCV vac line...the MAP/MAF doesn't like to see that...
