Volkswagen, and of course Audi.

You know it's crap when the engine locks up before 100k miles. We have a Jetta VR6 in our parking lot right now with a locked up engine.

A car ran off a nuclear reactor? I am sure it would get great mileage, but I wouldn't want to be within a thousand miles if it crashed.

That is possibly the worst idea ever from a safety standpoint.

That's why they had a HUGE crumple zone in front of the reactor

Did anyone else notice where the front wheels were on that thing? Makes the front hangover on a VW/Toyota microbus seem tiny! The lead encasing the reactor must have been a counterweight?

LOL, no, but they intended it to. It was the nuclear age. A nuclear reactor is larger than that car, by a fair margin.

Anyhow, this thread is quite subjective. I know people that have VWs that have far more than 100,000 on the clock with no issues. However, I did have an AMC Wagoneer with a Chevy 2.8L V6 in it. That thing has to be one of the worst engines EVER. Original made it to about 100,000 before spinning a bearing and after a full rebuild it made to about 83,000 before it threw another. Not to mention that it was the most gutless vehicle I've ever driven.

However, I do know that this engine really is garbage since it's been on many worst engine lists of all time.

Also, if you're going to say something is crap, at least give a reason why.

1. Any and every form of smart. You might as well buy a Prius. It has better mileage and you and your passenger won't be servings of human spaghetti after an accident. Plus, they're down right slow and ugly.
2. Scion xB - Why in the world!? Doesn't this thing look like a toaster?
3. Honda Element - Another toaster.
4. Nissan 350Z - The ultimate ricemobile for the rich man; can't stand up to the Amercian muscle nor the German sleepers
5. Hummer H2 - Just tooooo big! A complete danger to other drivers.
6. Dodge Intrepid - Piece of crap.
7. All Lexuses, Infinitis and Acuras - Nice way of tricking people into buying more expensive Toyotas, Nissans and Hondas. Plus, they have stupidest names. Quit naming your with random letters and numbers!
8. Dodge Magnum - What is this thing?
9. Toyota Tundra - A very pedestrain-looking pick-up, simply one of Toyota's means of attraction the "stupid, gas-guzzler loving" American public. We're not fooled.
10. Honda Civic -The utlimate ricemobile for the poor man. The most hated.
