does a 95 civic dx have power steering if its a 5speed?

there is a car at a dealership that i drove i like the car it a 5speed two door clean car but when i turned the wheel it was hard to turn. The faster i went the (from a complete stop to turning a corner)easier it was. Does that mean there is no power steering or there is there a problem with the car?

As far as I'm aware, only the automatic '92-'95 DX's had powersteering, and the 5 speeds didn't.
