running 4 gage wire from amp to battery

what is the best way to run a 4 gage wire from amp to battery.I already have the wire hidden i just need to know how is the bast way to run it through the front wall (fire wall) to my battery???

find a hole (or drill one), then use a grommet

but yes paul is correct(as always)
if you run drivers side avoid getting near steering column and passenger side avoid a/c unit

is it ok to run it next to the driver side door then right under the hood to the battery???

do not run through door jam either thats a fire hazard

make sure you use a rubber grommet in the hole, and fuse the wire fairly close to the battery.

well as of right now my amp is broke i got the hu in it sounds great everything is hooked up right.ground is in a good place the amp well the green power light flashes about every 30 45 seconds and nothing is going to my subs so the subs are not hitting the subs work i put in my friend's amp in for a few mins and it sounded great the subs sounded great.So i have no idea what is up with the amp any help would be great

sure sounds like the amp has some problems .... can you send it back under warranty

well like i said it blinks i have no idea why i hooked up my friend and everything is hooked up right i might just go but a new one or take it somewhere to see what they say
