is there a mazda rear wheel drive stick trans. that will bolt up to the zx2 stick trans engine, if so which one ? i have some ideas for a car i am building, thanks

supposidly the GTX, but its no where wort the cost as there iusnt any space for a driveshaft or the bell housing in the zx2's body, you have to:

1: refab the body
2. track down the hard to find parts
3. have the parts shiped from Europe
4. do the custom work to get it all to work right

and you end up with a RWD escort after spending thousands

EDIT: oh and i forgot, fabbing up new mounts and lines so that you can turn the motor 90*
