I just bought a 90 Laser and i was looking for body kits and they all say 92-24 will they fit a 90?

Probably not, I know they changed the headlights somewhere around there so that may be the difference.
IMO I think 1gs look better stock with a nice set of wheels.

No, they will not, not unless you swap the headlights.
