e39 523.My battery drains at a rate of 5 amps with ignition off and doors locked. Ihave traced this fault to#9 fuse circuit with fuse withdrawn fault is clear. The circuit is for heater control and heated washers, i have disconnected the washers but fault is still there.
Does anybody know if this circuit contols any thing else or does someone have a wiring diagram.thanks.

Hey buddy, I am just shooting off the top of my head here but there is also a driver side lock defroster for the door. Now this little sucker tends to get stuck and drains the battery with the ignition off.

thanks for your reply ringo i have now checked that out but it appears to be fine. any more ideas?
