so i'm having trouble deciding what rims to go with so here are the rims, you let me know which you like the best! both are the same rims, just different finishes.

both are OEM evo BBS wheels, one is the MR and one is the SE and i was wondering which i should buy... they are within about $120 of each other including shipping, and both sets are in great shape! they both come with tires (advans) nice! however, the MR (less silver color) rims come with tires with only 9k on them for less $$$... where as the SE (silver looking) come with tires with only about 35% of the tread left over for more $$$$! which ones should i go with?:confused: keep in mind my DSM is black...

lol u vote "B" then? :smokin: tell everyone to come here and "vote" because i need to make a decision by the weekend! i like the lighter colored ones, but is it worth paying $120 more, and having to buy tires during the summer? as opposed to buying the darker rims and tires, and driving 5-7k before worring about purchasing new tires? this is where im at... i really like the silver ones better... its just the tires... not to mention brake dust... i dont know... keeping the polls open till friday lol

c: buy the silver-ish ones and they would look ok.

I think either would look ok, but I personally like darker looking rims plus they hide the brake dust.

sorry... thats not happening :screwy: i picked these rims because i like them both... and if i buy them, their will be no painting/powdercoating/changing the original finish in anway! oh! and 3g guy.... my car has WAY less then 70k on it! :icon16:

there was no 2g vs 3g discussion. 3g's suck. end of story, he had it right the first time and i didn't argue taht point. I never once said my 3g was worth a damn. Maybe he has been smoking a little too much to realize that I didn't say anything good about the 3g except it gets me to work and back. now... if he actually compared dsm's we'd have a whole different story. for clarification

also Thor, you drive a purple car, i have galants. i think both of our tastes aren't the greatest. but no matter what you say, bronze on black is awesome, but chrome makes me gag. i would think others would find quite teh opposite true.

not sure if I'm too late, but go with gun metal...i think the silver wouldnt look right because of the style of the wheel.

May not be getting the rims after all... clutch is slipping.... DAMN it! maybe i'll just drive really light footed for a while untill i can afford to get the clutch after the wheels... ;) j/k, just waiting on the guy whos selling them to get some pics of the tires and detailed pics of each rims, that way if ups bangs them up in shipping, i have proof it was UPS and they will have to buy me all four brand new then i'm buying them up!

edit edit: going with whatever rims i can get the best deal on, and i'm going to make it happen ASAP! if anyone has either of these rims and wants to sell them, let me know if you want something to happen like... now!
