I recently got this blazer from a guy that had no idea how to do car maintance but i figured ill go ahead and fix it up.So i had to do all the maintance from oil to brakes.this took a few weekends to do but i finaly finsih it up and i start it uo and at first it starts making this kinda clicking sound from the engine but i dont know what it is coming from.Then when i get out on the highway i start getting into the higher gears and itll start shaking kinda like it might be trying to get into the higher gear but i cant tell for shure.Please help me give me some ideas of wat it could be.

I would start with cheking all U joints and drive shafts and axel shafts.
Also check all fluid levels. And jack it up and check all wheels for anything lose.
And try to pinpoint the clicking sound.
Is the engine running good?
