99 GC Sport Foglight question

Is there anyway to have the fog lights on with only the parking lights on?

On my 01 the driving/fog lights work with parking lights, course they are always on auto but figured I'd check. I could swear I have seen 3rd generations that have had their fog lights on with the parking lights. Just not positive. Hopefully someone will check and post for you with a better answer.
