Dear All,

I replaced my alternator belt and it has snapped again for the 3rd time. It started to queek after about an hour of replacement and then snapped (It was a genuine Mazda belt). Could this be a problem with the alternator as there was a smell of burning rubber?

Also are there any universal belts that you would recommend?

Would be grateful of any advice as this is starting to annoy me slightly....:banghead:
