Qs about mpg and 4WD on 04 Navi

I just bought 04 Navi with 48k miles on it
I was wandering what mpg they get with light foot and also , should it be better if i keep in RWD mode to save on fuel
Also in what mode i can switch while i driving, RWD-4WD-4H what about 4L ???
