would you trust this?kaplac 02-17-2008, 01:52 PM hello, I'm new to these forums hopefully everyone here can help me learn more about cars and help choose a good car :) I just got my license and my parents allowed me to use up to 10k on my first car. So I found a car from a local wholesaler who is having a opening sale, I happened to find an '03 hybrid civic on their lot for 8900. It looked appealing so I did some more research. The car has 120k miles, a clean title, and no logged accidents as far as the dealer knows. I want grab a carfax report on the car before I do anything, but what do the rest of you guys think about this? Thanks, John edit: also, while I'm at it I would gladly take any suggestions for decent cars in my price range. I'm not looking for anything too sporty, just an easy communter car basically. my dad is a bit picky on cars; he prefers japanese cars the most but he'll also accept several domestic cars aside from fords. Ray paulsen 02-18-2008, 09:48 AM If your feel this is the car for you, let dealership provide you with a Carfax or Auto check print out and save your money No logged accidents as far as dealer knows - trust me he knows - It looks like a good deal if there are no red flags, can you provide a link to this vehicle ? As for the dealer having an opening sale , take that with a grain of salt,,, every morning when a dealership opens it's doors,,, it's a special sales day vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
