There appears to be tranny fluid leaking from my lower tranny line, which then leaks onto the lower rad hose right beneath it. When the vehicle is turned off, it will leak onto the ground about the size of a 1/2 dollar. I recently replaced my radiator & I had the same issue with the old one. My lower tranny line has a spring type clamp. Could it be the clamp? Any ideas appreciated.

Mine leaked liked that when I first got it, good thing I had a warranty because the original clamp came off 2 different times allowing the hose to come off. The solution for the guys at the shop the second time was to put one of those screw clamp things on.

I would suggest this to you as well to make sure this doesnt happen. An easy fix for a potentially bigger problem later. Hope this helps ya.

I'll definitely switch the clamp first to see if that works.
