Hi.

Does anyone know if a Nissan Model PP-2449V stereo will fit in an 01 Xterra SE? My CD player bit the dust and I'm looking to replace it. Someone has a new version of the model listed above and it's cheaper than buying a new aftermarket unit.

Just put an 07 model sterreo in an 02. Had to fabricate mounting. then found out I have bad volume problems that are hard to fix. Not recommended

00-01 systems are 4-ohm, the later systems are 2-ohm and don't have sufficient power to drive the 4-ohm speakers.
