hey i want to buy a body of a muscle car and i wasn't sure where i could find one. i checked my local dealers, junk yards, and adds in the newspaper and found nothing. i was really lookin for a 72 chevelle body style but alot of others will work. is there some website out there or do i just have to widen my search and wait till i get lucky?

I think you can get new reproduction body shells for some popular models (ie 67-69 Camaro)..... not just panels, but the entire shell.

They're pretty expensive, though. Otherwise, you may have to look for an entire car. Possibly you may find someone's already stripped parts car, though, for cheap$$. The US southwest is probably the best place to find a rust free one.

Have you tried Dynacorn? They make reproduction muscle car bodies. I don't know how big your selection will be but I do know they have a 67 fastback reproduction body. Its probably pricey though.
Heres a link that might help.
