I have a primera P12 1.8 petrol engine 2003 s model which I have had from new. Done 62000 miles. Over the last year I have had a few occasions where I have ran the fuel tank to almost empty, by accedent (and a hint of stupidity!). Last week the car suddenly has no acceleration or umph. Going up a hill its a slug.
Anyhow, my assumption is a blocked fuel filter, but I cannot find reference to one anywhere.
If there is one, is it a DIY job, or does it need a garage?
