2000 grand cherokee cooling fan not working

This Jeep tends to overheat when not in motion. Ive heard there is a common problem with the relays? Its hard to get at? Someone said you can make a hole behind the headlight to access it easier? Does any of this sound familiar? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

yrah its easy but behind the passenger headlight, you'll need to remove the fascia and grille and headlight to access it .
