98 wrangler no spark

I have a 98 wrangler which developed a no spark condition after a recent cold snap. 10 below weather so we had to use jumper cables. No luck. Waited 2 days for weather to warm up. Found no spark. Checked all fuses in the boxes and any inline we could find. No check engine light or fuel pump when the key is turned on. No gauges (oil pressure works) When the key is turned on. Unplugged the CPS, still no gauges. No power to coil. Tried the key on, off, on, off and on; no flashes of the check engine. TJ has digital odometer, held the reset will performing key check, flashed 999999, 888888, 777777 ect. to 000000 all the gauges moved and lights flashed during this. The number that came up at the end was 2.4. Can't find a code for that. Anything else to check before we replace the PCM (computer)? Any help would be appreciated.
