96 cavalier wipers and radio wont work

my wipers and radio wont work.. they were coming on and off on thier own then just stopped coming on all together. Ive checked all the fuses and they are not blown, I also bought a radio wiring relay thinking that might be the issue but cannot find where it goes.. need help
