Rebuild cost estimate? Gouge or go? HURRY!!

Finally had to take my 92 CXHB in for yet another blown head gasket (3 in 2 years!). Since there was no local talent, I had to trot the old girl to the dealer.

Ok, my Q is: what IS a fair & equitable amount to do a complete rebuild, & what parts are affected?

warped head or block.... and for 2400... you can get yourself a nice motor swap...
