2008 Altima coupe vs. Scion Tc! HELP!!!!!

I'm planning for my first car purchase and I came across these two. I understand Altima is pretty good but it has less feature compares to the Scion Tc. If you want the extra, you need to add the covient package which is $1000 or more. I only want the alloy wheel and the SA said I can't get that seperate...it has to come within the package. So what about your opinion? Altima is more expensive but would you spend few thousands more if you are going to use the car for about 6 years :tongue:.

ps. I like the scion tc because it has the Mp3 feature. If i want to add that to the Altima..How much more is it gonna cost?

Altima Pro:
- Keyless, brand new (not many ppl have it), good mileage, better tranmission.

Altima con:
-no alloy wheel, no mp3 player, no sunroof.

Scion pro:
-alloy wheel, mp3 player, sporty look (interior & exterior), sunroof, inside light.

Con:
-ok mileage, ok tranmission, many ppl own it.

That's all I can think of. Opinion???????

OK so they are both coupes. Personally I think the Altima is a lot more roomier than the Tc. Granted it looks better, I believe the nissan will hold its value a lot more than the Scion. Add on top of that the fact that the Altima offers a V6 powerplant that ca spank most any other car in its league.

I'd go with the altima just because of the CVT. you get an automatic and standard tranny without the clutch hassles. altima also nicer interior.

Those reviews were for an 06 Tc, and 05 altima. If you want more options, do what I did and find an 07 2.5 SL package. My alt has sunroof, leather seats/heated front seats, mp3 plug, bose stereo w/6 cd changer, rear spoiler, abs, nav system, bluetooth, alloys, XM sat radio, homelink, backup camera...it's totally loaded and I got it for 10k less than an 08.

Not trying to be a dick, but you're running a 2.5 and not the 3.5, I don't trust that for a long trip.
