remove timing belt idler pulley? 95 Rodeo

Could someone tell me how this is done? Do you remove just the pulley, or the bracket it is attached to? This is the last step in getting this truck back on the road.:banghead: Any advice would be helpfulo. Thanks.

Never mind. I meant water pump, after I got it off and figured out what it was. oops.
