Remove Driver Door Panel - 2000 Navigator

What is the procedure to remove the driver's door panel on a 2000 Navigator?

We had a hard freeze in Atlanta Saturday night. Sunday morning, I tried lowering the driver's window, but it was frozen stuck. Later in the day, the window lowered fine, but when I went to let it back up, it tilted forward. I can get it back up by hand, holding it back as I hit the button. I'm guessing its off the rear track, or the rear track guide broke. I'd like to take a look myself before paying someone to fix it.

How do I get this door panel off?
