97 Cherokee AX-15 tranny stuck in reverse

During a cold day (-35) when first starting my vehicle I shifted my vehicle from reverse to neutral. Now the shifter is in neutral and will not go into any other gear and the tranny is in reverse. Any ideas?

WHAT!?!???? More Details are needed here. Like- after it warmed up what happened? C'mon!

Is the shifter itself stuck? ANYTHING!?!
