92- B250 OVERHEATS AFTER A FEW MILES, ok when sitting before driving.

TO DATE I've replaced the Radiator, Water pump, Thermostat[ twice], made sure the air was purged, checked the belt direction, checked the sensor- the water actually boils. I'm out of ideas, sure like this old truck, what have I over looked?
