Here's what I've done:
1. Clean MAP sensor. Code returned.
2. Clean EGR valve. Code returned.
3. Replaced MAP sensor. Code returned.
4. Replaced EGR valve. Code returned.
I'm out of ideas. Yesterday, I replaced the air filter as a "just in case" because I couldn't remember when it was changed last. Reset the code, but haven't completed a drive cycle yet.
However, as of last night, I now have a driveability issue. The car is cutting out during acceleration.
I'm going to replace the fuel filter today. I don't remember when/if it was replaced.
Car is going in for timing belt change next week. It has the original catalytic converter.
Any ideas?

I just wanted to update this.
Within a matter of a couple of days, driveability of this car went to pot.
The problem was a clogged catalytic converter.
Just thought I should post that in case someone has the problem in the future.
