Hello I have a 1984 Plymouth Voyager Van.When I start the van and put it in drive it's very slugish to change gears and has no power.When I manualy shift the van it has alot of power and shifts good after it gets a little bit warmed up.The van has been doing this since I put a differant engine in it in July this summer.Does anyone know what the problem maybe?Thank you for reading my problem.

To answer your troubles have you changed the trans fluid & filter???
That might help, but when its realy cold your trans will be slugish untill it warms up.
