to do a KA swap on a 350z?

i found a shell on craigslist and i was looking for a cheap, easy engine to drop in it. and the KA immediately popped into my mind (as i was searching for a 240sx when i found the shell)

so is it possible? and if it is, then how much would i have to custom fabricate?
