91 Corsica key stuck in on position

bought key switch and switch on column. do i need wheel puller to get steering wheel off? and can the rod still be OK between key switch and switch on column? and is their a specialty to take either out? :banghead: thanks weaver

Autozone has a tool loaner program. You will need a puller. Buy a haynes manual and follow directions on doing the job.
