.......but the hard-sell commercialism and a struggling relationship have taken the gloss off this calendar event for me .If you are lucky enough to have someone that you truly care about,you should make a point of telling them so every day.If you are not particularly enthusiastic about your relationships,then pretending for a day, just because everyone else is doing it on that particular day, is humbug.

ive eaten so much chocolate today, but none of it came from girls:(

A little story about V-DAY (a true one) that you might find funny.

My friend Steve's younger bro Dave was given a bunch of these little packs with 2 hersheys kisses in them by his mom to take to school and give out to chicks there. (He's in his last yr of High School, and a bit shy, and his mom is trying to help him score some tail).

Anyways, to make a long story short, he said "f*ck it", and after he got done school today, he came home and Dave, Steve, and I ate the candy.

Moral of this story...., screw V-Day....free candy 0wnz!! :D

I got a couple of chocolates, but I have no significant other to spend Valentines Day with. Perhaps I'll put on a slow Billy Joel song and blow my brains out. :D

already tried it, billy joel isnt that good and doenst deserve the recinition to being the suicide song for some guy with large hair!

Yeah, being single is teh sux at times :(

Then again, being able to do whatever you want, and whoever you want is a big bonus :D
