R32 GTR Understeer problem?SkylineUSA 02-12-2003, 02:18 AM Here you go superstreetracer. Tell us a little more, please. About the problem of the R32 GTR? Facts would be nice, like how many GTRs have you drivin to compare them together? What suspension mods are we talking? What tires were used? I would also like to see some pics of your R34 GTR? RazorGTR 02-12-2003, 01:23 PM I notice a little understeer at time but having shit tyres on the car does not help. Also I am still running the factory suspension. I know my car does not understeer like a subbie or evo on the roads :p SkylineUSA 02-12-2003, 01:31 PM RazorGTR, Sir, could you please refrain from posting to a question that was not directed at you, thank you. :D R33 02-12-2003, 09:29 PM Razor, does the understeer occur while coming into a corner or going out of it? If a car understeers going out of a corner, does that mean it is inherent to understeer or cud that be caused by early powering/late apex? RazorGTR 02-13-2003, 03:32 AM Originally posted by SkylineUSA RazorGTR, Sir, could you please refrain from posting to a question that was not directed at you, thank you. :D Cheekiness will get you no where  SkylineUSA 02-13-2003, 04:10 AM Cheekiness will get you no where :D Understreer, I have a solution. Damn RB26DETT is too heavy, I will just install a B18 in there, that should do the trick. Lots o power, and much lighter. I actually do have something in mind, but with the Teins that I have, understeer is really not much of an issue. RazorGTR 02-13-2003, 10:24 AM To answer R33's question the noticable understeer occurs when the car is pushed deeping a corner. So it is happening in the entrance of the apex. I can also feel tyre roll so it would lead me to believe it is first most tyres and second suspension. sami 02-13-2003, 01:01 PM Originally posted by RazorGTR Cheekiness will get you no where  What goes around, comes around... :) RazorGTR 02-13-2003, 02:18 PM Originally posted by sami What goes around, comes around... :) Yep and when threads go off topic too many times they get locked:finger: vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
