My EG's Paint Jobs, need some advice.

Hey i need some advice whut color should i paint my car Metallic Red or Mica Red? Its for a EG(92) Civic HB, its goin to be jDM. The fisrt one is Metallic Red and the second bottle is Mica Red, it might look the the same but Mica Red is darker and isnt glittery. Tell me whut paint u like better. Thanx

i'm painting my Nissan Cefiro Mica Red.

id say metallic if you want to take the time adn make it look great. but thats my opinion.

WHY DON'T U PAINT IT THE COLOR U LIKE.

Glittery? You mean like in metallic?
They are both metallic colors, Mica Red is darker than Metallic Red.

What color do YOU want to paint it? It is your model....build it how you want;)

Thanx for all the replys u guys. Im still not sure whut color to paint it, u guys have pretty good colors too, like Light GunMetal, Blue, and stuff. But i still dont know. My bro is telling me to paint it Susuka Blue, i might paint it that color or Metallic Red, or Bronze, but i dont know. Whut color should i now? I have brought the choices down to 3. Susuka Blue, Metallic Red, or Bronze. Thanx:)

Rainbow so you get each of the colors you want on the car ;)


or just buy 2 more civics and paint one each of those colors...

Well, if you are doing a replica of the car from that link in your sig, you should try match the colours.

BTW, why does it say mini on the can, is it paint for the mini-z's or something?

Good question!

Cuz the cans are the small sizes for models. They are 3oz. i think.

They say mini because thats how tamiya has labelled them
some don't say mini, some do, but it's the same size bottle.

go for the darker red, only if its metalic looking, Im interested to see how it comes out!

I have not seen anybody do a "Signal auto" orange theme yet, that would look SWEET!! If somebody does not beat me to it I may try it myself.

OIC. I think that color doesnt look good for my EG, that my opinion though. I im still thinking of whut color i should paint my car, i think im probably goin to paint it Light GunMetal. But these are some other colors i liked too Mica Red, and Susuka Blue. Tell me whut color u like best in those 3. Thanx:)

WHAT ARE U TRYING TO GET FROM THIS? someone gave their opinion, you don't like it, so your not going to paint it that color. Obviously you are you going to paint it the color you LIKE, so stop wasting space :)

i agree, this doesn't really have a point anymore, If most of af members r saying one color, and u disagree and paint it another.. why post ata ll???? How bout u paint it, what ever color U want to do! also, can u call ur "eg" a civic, its kind of annyoin me .. Please?

Sorry about that u guys, but i didnt get some colors from u guys i liked too, like Light GunMetal, and Metallic Red. So... IM still not sure. I im probably painting it Light GunMetal. Would any of u guys know any good Brush On Chrome paints? I need to know some good Brush on Chrome Paint for my Intercooler. Thanx:)
