Just putting it up for the members in here who might be interested (I know there's gonna be a few), so I can read about their race stories in it;). Also, if I had the money, the car WOULD be mine, and since I don't, I figured I want somebody from my online home to hopefully get it. -The Stig- 01-30-2003, 11:03 PM Engine: 5.7L V8 PFI OHV 16V That CarFax has an Error The ZR-1 Vette's came with a 5.7l DOHC V8, not the standard 5.7l OHV. Edit: My mistake.. its just a normal Coupe... I thought you said LT-5. Still nice though. :) http://www.usmotorcars.com/EBAY/96-chev-vette-green-tan- 31k/MVC-015S.JPG If it was a LT-5, it would say "4 Cam 32 Valve" on the Intake. Like this :D http://www.zr1.net/gifs/polishedlt53.jpe carrrnuttt 01-30-2003, 11:21 PM Originally posted by RedNeck383 That CarFax has an Error The ZR-1 Vette's came with a 5.7l DOHC V8, not the standard 5.7l OHV. Heehee:D. Good thing you caught yourself...or this "Honda Boy" would've been teaching the RedNeck (AND proclaimed GM fan) a lesson in Corvette history...shameful, to say the least:buck... Oh wait...here's one: in 1996 all Corvettes with manual transmissons were produced with the 330HP LT4 motor, while all the 4A 'Vettes had the LT1 with the "regular" 300HP. While the ZR-1 was LAST produced in 1995, so that car above couldn't possibly be a ZR-1 because of the year I posted it as being... ...but you knew that, right;)? -The Stig- 01-31-2003, 01:04 AM Indeed I Do... Now... :) Im a GM Fan... I never said I knew everything. Always learning. Although I did know that 95 was the last year for the ZR-1. I just didnt catch the year of the car. Lately I havent had my mind straight... Death in the family things havent been the best. :bloated: Sorry I'll straighten up! heh.. TerminalVelocity 01-31-2003, 03:40 AM you better!... *shakes fist* carrrnuttt 02-01-2003, 05:15 PM Originally posted by RedNeck383 Indeed I Do... Sorry to hear that:(.. -The Stig- 02-02-2003, 04:07 AM Grandpa passed... thanks. Somewhat over it... just weird knowing you'll never see that person again.
